2009年3月长安街沿线道路改造扩宽，高远圣工橡胶沥青同步碎石封层技术也名列使用技术之中，此次施工秉承人文施工、科技施工和绿色施工的理念，结合长安街特点，提高了路面材料性能。
Road widened reconstruction along Changan avenue in March 2009, Shenggong synchronous rubber chip sealing technology was also used. The construction was adhering to the cultural,scientific and environmental construction, combining with the characteristics of Chang an avenue, improved the performance of pavement materials.
